Delicious and rich duck steak dish that brings French flavors to your table. Perfect for special occasions or a delightful weeknight meal. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 4 duck fillets- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 200 ml red wine
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Season the duck fillets with salt and pepper.2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and rosemary, and sauté for a moment.
3. Add the duck fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until medium rare. Remove the fillets from the skillet and keep warm.
4. Pour red wine into the skillet and bring to a boil. Let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
5. Add chicken broth, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve the duck steaks with the sauce.
