Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the batter and gently fold until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve it with whipped cream.
