Ingredients
- Cherry Sauce: - 150 g canned dark cherries
- 4 dl beef broth
- 100 g butter
- Orange Sauce:
- 1 orange
- 2 dl heavy cream
- Others:
- 4 duck legs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet and sear the duck legs until they are well browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Transfer the duck legs to a baking dish and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
3. For the cherry sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the canned cherries and beef broth. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
4. For the orange sauce, squeeze the juice from the orange and add it to the cream in a saucepan. Heat gently until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Serve the duck legs with the cherry and orange sauces drizzled on top.
