A delicious anchovy tomato bake that combines the savory flavors of anchovies, juicy tomatoes, and cheese. Easy to make and a great choice for both everyday meals and special occasions. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 can anchovy fillets- 2-3 tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- Fresh basil
- 100 g cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
3. Spread the anchovy fillets on the bottom of the dish.
4. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the anchovies.
5. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them lightly. Add the milk and salt, mixing well.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and anchovies.
7. Sprinkle chopped basil and grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg mixture is set.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
