A refreshing green smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack, filled with energy and vitamins. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves - 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
- Ice (if desired)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly. 2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth.
4. Taste and add more honey or syrup if needed.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
