Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne) - 2 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
4. Cut the chicken breast into strips and add to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is done and golden brown.
5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted.
6. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine all ingredients.
8. Serve immediately, optionally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
