Ingredients:

- 2 whole grain wraps
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel it. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Rinse and chop the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and red onion into small pieces.
3. Spread hummus evenly over each wrap.
4. Add the mashed avocado on top of the hummus.
5. Place the chopped vegetables in the center of the wrap and add fresh spinach.
6. Roll the wrap tightly and cut it in half.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
