Ingredients:

- 450 g pork
- 1750 g perch
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 onions

Instructions:

1. Layer the ingredients in a pot.
2. Place the pork slices at the bottom.
3. Add layers of perch and onions.
4. Sprinkle salt between the layers.
5. Top with pork slices.
6. Cover the pot with a lid or foil.
7. Bake in the oven for 8-9 hours until the meats and fish are cooked through and the flavors meld together.
