A delicious, fluffy pancake from the Åland Islands, perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 1 dl apple jam (for serving)
- 1 dl whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
4. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into a buttered baking dish.
6. Bake the pancake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until it is golden brown and puffed up.
7. Allow the pancake to cool slightly before serving.
8. Serve with apple jam and whipped cream.
