Serving Size: 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g mixed salad greens
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 50 g feta cheese
- 30 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and place them in a large serving bowl.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
3. Slice the cucumber and avocado, and incorporate them into the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and add the nuts.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper; pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Gently toss all the ingredients together.
7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
