Ingredients:

- 100 g fish roe (rainbow trout or whitefish)
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 dl chopped onion
- 150 g hot-smoked salmon
- 150 g cold-smoked salmon
- 150 g gravlax (cured salmon)
- 150 g gravlax whitefish
- 200 g lye fish
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g melted butter
- 500 g boiled potatoes
- 1 dl yellow beetroot salad (rosolli)
- 200 g mushroom salad
- 100 g smoked salmon spread
- 6 rye cups
- 200 g crackers
- 1 loaf of bread
- 50 g butter
- Drink: sparkling water, Christmas beer, or milk

Instructions:

1. Prepare the fish: Cut the hot-smoked salmon, cold-smoked salmon, gravlax, and gravlax whitefish into serving pieces.
2. Prepare the lye fish: Soak the lye fish in water for 24 hours and rinse. Season with salt and allspice, then add melted butter.
3. Make the roe and sour cream mixture: Combine the fish roe with sour cream and chopped onion.
4. Boil the potatoes and let them cool before serving.
5. Arrange the fish, lye fish, boiled potatoes, yellow beetroot salad, mushroom salad, and smoked salmon spread in the rye cups beautifully on a serving platter.
6. Serve with crackers and bread accompanied by butter.
