A delicious and quick Asian salmon stir-fry that combines salmon fillets, whole grain noodles, and the freshest seasonal vegetables. A perfect everyday meal that easily adapts to ingredients you have on hand.

Ingredients:

- 400 g salmon fillet (sliced)
- 200 g whole grain noodles
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cm ginger (grated)
- 1-2 chili peppers (to taste)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the whole grain noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the garlic, ginger, chili, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot.
3. Heat a wok pan and add the canola oil. Add garlic, ginger, and chili, and sauté for a moment.
4. Add the salmon slices to the pan and cook until they are done.
5. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few more minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
6. Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce into the pan. Mix well.
7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and combine all ingredients together.
8. Finish with sesame oil and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
