Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend - 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions:
