Delicious stuffed chicken rolls perfect for celebrations and special occasions. Easy to prepare and loved by everyone!

Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts
- 150 g cream cheese (e.g., paprika or herb flavored)
- 100 g ham or smoked salmon
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and gently pound them to make them thinner.
3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
4. Add the ham or smoked salmon and grated cheese on top of the cream cheese.
5. Roll the chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
6. Season with salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
7. Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Let cool for a moment before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
