This delicious chicken pasta is quick and easy to prepare for a weeknight dinner. It combines juicy chicken, pasta, and flavorful vegetables.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
3. Chop the onion and garlic. If needed, add a little more oil to the skillet and sauté the onions until softened.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
5. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Return the chicken to the skillet and heat the mixture.
6. Stir in the cooked pasta with the sauce. Add reserved cooking water if the mixture is too thick.
7. Serve the portions garnished with fresh basil.
