A creamy risotto that combines delicious ground beef and flavorful mushrooms, reminiscent of retro school meals. This recipe is easy to customize and is sure to please the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g ground beef- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g risotto rice
- 1 l vegetable or beef broth
- 100 ml white wine (optional)
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Slice the mushrooms.2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Stir in the risotto rice and mix until the rice is slightly translucent.
6. Pour the white wine into the pan and let it evaporate.
7. Gradually add hot broth, about a cup at a time, stirring continuously. Add broth until the rice is cooked and creamy (about 18-20 minutes).
8. Remove the risotto from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
