Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef - 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce, such as iceberg
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl ketchup
- 1/2 dl Dijon mustard
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into four patties. 2. Grill the patties on a hot grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Add cheddar cheese on top of the patties towards the end of grilling to let it melt.
3. Cook the bacon slices separately in a pan until crispy.
4. Lightly grill the brioche buns until they are golden brown.
5. Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom bun, add the grilled patty, bacon, tomato slices, jalapeños, and top with mayonnaise and ketchup. Place the top bun on.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy a summer flavor experience!
