Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
4. Add the chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
