Ingredients:

- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g cauliflower
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft.
2. Add the cauliflower to the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
3. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot. Add the butter and cream, then mash until smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Serve the mash beautifully on plates and garnish with fresh parsley.
