A delicious Finnish roll cake perfect for Independence Day celebrations.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dark gooseberry roll cake base
- 1 can (250g) decorating gel
- 1 can (300g) apple-cinnamon marmalade
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 can of quark (flavored or plain)
- Marzipan and/or fondant
Instructions:
1. Prepare the roll cake base according to the instructions.
2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Mix the whipped cream with the quark. If using plain quark, add sugar and vanilla for flavor.
4. Spread the marmalade evenly over the roll cake base.
5. Spread the cream-quark mixture over the marmalade.
6. Roll the cake tightly and place it in the refrigerator for a while to set.
7. Decorate the cake with decorating gel, marzipan, or fondant before serving.
