Chocolate Swiss Roll

A delicious chocolate roll filled with whipped cream and melted chocolate.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 dl melted butter
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 1 dl chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Add the melted butter to the batter and mix well.
5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the top is set.
7. Invert the roll onto a piece of parchment paper and carefully peel off the baking paper.
8. Allow to cool slightly, then spread whipped cream and melted chocolate on top.
9. Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate it before serving.
10. Slice and enjoy!
