A delightful chocolate roll filled with cream and quark, perfect for dessert.

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp quark
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and cocoa powder, then gently fold them into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface.
5. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until the base is firm.
6. Turn the baked base onto another sheet of parchment paper and carefully remove the bottom paper.
7. Whip the heavy cream, then mix in the quark and vanilla sugar.
8. Spread the filling over the chocolate base and roll the cake tightly.
9. Let the roll cake rest in the refrigerator before serving.
10. Slice and enjoy!
