Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup potato starch
- 2½ cups whipped strawberry cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup crushed mint candies
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (225°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, potato starch, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until fluffy and pale.
4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined.
5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cake is set and springs back when touched.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
