A delicious rolled cake filled with whipped cream and white chocolate. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- Base:- 4 large eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Filling:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold this mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
4. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the base is golden brown.
6. Turn the base onto a piece of parchment paper and gently peel off the paper from the bottom. Let it cool.
7. Whip the heavy cream and add the vanilla sugar.
8. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave, then mix it into the whipped cream.
9. Spread the filling over the cooled base and roll it tightly.
10. Drizzle the remaining melted white chocolate over the rolled cake and let it set before serving.
