This delicious pasta carbonara is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for an additional minute.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, save a little of the cooking water and drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the pan with the bacon and garlic.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture with the pasta. Mix thoroughly so the eggs cook lightly and create a creamy texture. If the mixture seems too dry, add some reserved pasta water.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese on top.
