No-Knead Bread (Vaivaamaton Leipä)

Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 4 dl lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, dry yeast, and salt. 2. Add lukewarm water to the bowl and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon or spatula until a smooth dough forms. Do not knead.
3. Finally, add the olive oil, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel, and allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 12-16 hours.
4. Carefully turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently shape it into a loaf. Let it rise under a towel for about 1 hour.
5. Place a Dutch oven in a cold oven and preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F). Once heated, remove the pot, transfer the loaf into it, cover with a lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
