This delicious Czech dish combines traditional flavors and is a perfect choice to accompany beer. It’s easy to prepare and will transport you straight to the heart of Prague.

Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked meat (e.g., bacon or ham)
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)
- 100 g pickles
- 200 g bread (e.g., Czech rye bread)
- 1 dl sauerkraut
- 1 dl beer (e.g., Pilsner Urquell)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the smoked meat into bite-sized pieces and fry it in a skillet over medium heat until nicely browned.
2. Slice the cheese and place it on top of the cooked meat in the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt.
3. Cut the pickles and bread into suitable-sized pieces.
4. On a plate, layer the sauerkraut, followed by the meat with melted cheese, pickles, and bread.
5. Pour the beer over the dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
