Ingredients:

- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 g salad mix
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 100 g roasted nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the spinach and salad mix.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it.
3. Peel and slice the cucumber.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
5. Combine all the vegetables in a large salad bowl.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and add the roasted nuts.
7. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well before serving.
