Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking powder - 1 cup sugar
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 5.3 oz butter
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan until well combined. 2. Mix the baking powder with a small amount of the flour and add it to the saucepan.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour and mix well.
4. Allow the dough to cool slightly before adding the eggs.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until the batter is smooth after each addition.
6. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is a nice golden brown.
