Ingredients
Base: - 8 eggs
- 3 dl sugar
- 1 dl potato flour
- 3 dl wheat flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
Topping:
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). 2. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the potato flour, wheat flour, and baking powder. Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the base is golden brown and cooked through.
6. For the topping, whip the cream and add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
7. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled base and add the berries on top.
8. Allow the pie to set for a while before serving.
