Creamy Pasta with Spinach Sauce

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and stir well. Allow the sauce to heat up.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved cooking water.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
