Ingredients:
- 7-8 dl milk
- 2-3 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 25 g melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and sugar until well combined.
3. Add the melted butter to the batter and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and set.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
7. Serve with jam or berries if desired.
