A delightful treat perfect for breakfast or dessert. These pancakes are soft and fluffy when hot, and develop a delicious texture as they cool down. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: Makes about 8 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
2. Add the milk and melted butter to the eggs, mixing well.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar.
4. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, adding a little butter if necessary.
6. Pour batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
7. Repeat until all the batter is used.
8. Serve warm or let cool for better texture.
