Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl honey
- 50 g melted margarine or butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Add the milk and honey to the eggs and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and vanilla sugar.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring until the batter is smooth.
6. Stir in the melted margarine or butter into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with berries and whipped cream if desired.
