- 100 g butter - 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 ml all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1-2 tbsp water
Filling:
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
Instructions
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and egg. Add the melted butter and mix well.
3. Combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the egg-butter mixture and stir until smooth. Add water if needed.
4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and smooth the surface.
5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Allow the base to cool.
7. Prepare the filling: Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
8. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled base and top with berries.
9. Let the tart chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
