Ingredients
- 2 bars of white chocolate (250 g) - 5 dl heavy cream
- Queen jam
- Sugar to taste
- 1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese
Instructions
1. Whip the cream in a bowl until soft and fluffy. 2. Soften the Philadelphia cream cheese and mix it into the whipped cream until well combined.
3. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a water bath. Allow it to cool slightly.
4. Add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Sweeten the mixture with sugar according to your taste. The amount of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the Queen jam.
6. Assemble the cake: place one cake layer on a serving plate, spread Queen jam on top, and then add a layer of the white chocolate filling. Top with another cake layer and repeat the layers as desired.
7. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
