Imagine a delicious chocolate cake combining dark beer and vanilla filling. This gluten-free layer cake is perfect for celebrations and special occasions!Preparation Time: 2 hours (including cooling)

Ingredients
Base:- 210 g dark chocolate (130 g dark and 80 g 80% chocolate)
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 2.5 dl gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl sugar
- 2.5 dl dark stout beer
Filling:
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 200 g vanilla fudge pieces
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease, flour, and line a cake pan with parchment paper.2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, including sugar.
3. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler.
4. Beat the eggs and mix them with the dry ingredients.
5. Add the melted chocolate, butter, and stout beer. Stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
7. Allow the cake base to cool, then slice it in half horizontally.
For the Filling:
1. In a saucepan, combine cream and fudge pieces.
2. Heat while stirring until the fudge is completely melted.
3. Let the filling cool in the refrigerator or freezer.
4. Whip the cooled filling until fluffy.
Fill the cake with the vanilla filling and reserve some for frosting the top. Allow the cake to rest in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, before frosting.
