- 150 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cooked eggs (about 2 eggs)
- 100 g cucumber (for salad or garnish)
- 100 g bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Lay the slices of rye bread on a flat surface.
2. In a bowl, prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the filling evenly over the slices of bread.
