A simple and delicious bun recipe that's fun to make with the whole family. Enjoy them fresh with butter!

Serving Size: About 12 buns
Ingredients:
- 5 dl milk
- 50 g yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 10 dl flour (e.g., wheat, rye, and oat flour)
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk.
2. Add salt and syrup, and mix well.
3. Knead the dough with flour and incorporate the softened butter.
4. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
5. Shape the dough into a log and cut into desired sizes for buns.
6. Roll the buns and allow them to rise for about 15 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for 12-15 minutes or until the buns are golden brown.
Enjoy them fresh with butter, yum!
