- 300 g potatoes
- 150 g fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrot)
- 100 ml red wine
- 50 g butter
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary and thyme)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender.2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Season the beef fillets with salt and pepper, and sear them in the skillet to your desired doneness.
3. Pour the red wine into the skillet with the fillets and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. Lightly steam the fresh vegetables until they are crisp-tender.
