Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets - 2 dl cream
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking dish. Add the sautéed onion and bell pepper.
6. Pour the cream over the chicken and sprinkle grated cheese evenly on top.
7. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
9. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
