Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef tenderloin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Place the tenderloin in the marinade and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the tenderloin from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
4. Grill the tenderloin for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (medium-rare is about 55°C).
5. Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest covered with foil for about 10 minutes before slicing.
6. Slice the tenderloin and serve it with grilled vegetables and potatoes.
