A delightful Valentine's Day treat that comes together quickly using store-bought meringues and whipped cream. You can also use frozen berries.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 4-6 ready-made meringues
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Break the meringues into small pieces in a large bowl.
2. Add the whipped cream to the meringue pieces. If desired, sweeten the whipped cream with sugar.
3. Gently fold in the berries to the mixture, being careful not to crush them too much.
4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes or layer it in a large serving bowl.
5. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
6. Serve immediately!
