- 2 cups fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants)
- Dessert sauce (e.g., raspberry sauce)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until it becomes fluffy.
2. Sweeten the whipped cream with powdered sugar and add the vanilla sugar.
3. Crush the meringues and gently fold them into the whipped cream.
4. Prepare serving dishes and layer the ingredients: start with whipped cream, then add berries and meringue.
