Herb-Stuffed Tomatoes with Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 package Philadelphia Naturel cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley, thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half. Carefully remove the seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix the Philadelphia cream cheese, egg yolk, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
4. Fill the tomato halves with the cream cheese mixture.
5. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil.
6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the tops are beautifully golden brown.
7. Serve warm, ideally paired with Yalumba Y Series Merlot wine.
