Ingredients:

- 100 g fresh salad leaves (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- 50 g fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley, mint)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse the salad leaves and herbs thoroughly. Pat them dry gently.
2. Tear the salad leaves and place them in a serving bowl.
