Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small red onion
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the spinach in cold water and drain it well.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic. Sauté for a moment.
3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until it is slightly wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix in the sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Chop the red onion and cherry tomatoes. Add them to the feta mixture.
6. Incorporate the cooled spinach into the mixture and stir well.
7. Serve the salad garnished with fresh herbs.
