Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and starting to burst.
4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and chopped basil, tossing everything together until well combined.
5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
