A delicious and traditional Italian dish that takes you on a flavor journey through the streets of Naples. This recipe is easy to make at home and offers an authentic pizza experience.

Ingredients:

- 500 g pizza flour
- 325 ml warm water
- 10 g salt
- 5 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In warm water, mix sugar and dry yeast. Let it rest for about 10 minutes until it starts to bubble.
2. In a large bowl, combine pizza flour and salt. Pour the yeast-water mixture into the flour and mix to form a dough.
3. Add olive oil and knead the dough by hand or with a mixer for about 10 minutes until elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
5. Once the dough has risen, divide it into two parts. Roll each part into thin circles.
6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza bases and add diced mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
