Ingredients

- 1 egg

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool slightly.
2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
3. Separate the egg and mix the yolk into the melted white chocolate, stirring well.
4. Gently fold in the egg white until combined.
5. Carefully add the whipped cream to the mixture, folding until smooth.
6. For the chocolate cups, melt the milk chocolate and pour it into molds or the bottoms of cups. Allow to cool and harden.
